邦電子公司分割獨立，經由凱基證券縝密的 IPO 規劃輔導，在
送件後 4 個月內完成整個上市申請程序，順利於 2010 年的 9
月 27 日掛牌。 KGI 凱基證券除了提供一般的購併分割與 IPO 服

company spun off as an independent company from Winbond
in 2008. KGI Securities' insightful input and execution
expertise in the IPO project saw our shares listed successfully
on September 27, 2010, within just four months of the
original filing. KGI not only provided M&A, spin-off and IPO
counseling services, but also offered its extensive experience
of the capital market to assist in improving our business model
and strengthening our competitiveness. After listing, KGI
Securities continued to contribute in the capacity of investor

As a financial advisor to the company's acquisition of JEAN
Company's LCD TV OEM business, KGI Securities designed
optimum acquisition terms based on our rollout schedule and
financial structure. It completed the deal on August 31, 2010.
