健保費繳納管道多元
健保署為因應時代的潮流,體貼服務
民眾,健保費之繳納管道,包括郵局、銀
行、便利商店及本署各業務組等臨櫃繳納
或選擇更便捷之約定銀行轉帳扣款、自動
櫃員機、網路等多元繳費方式,讓民眾可
選擇離自己最近、最方便的地點或方式繳
納健保費。
健保費多元繳納成效
在健保署實施多元繳納健保費管道後,

民眾,金融機構臨櫃繳納(占

員機繳費及網路繳費,讓民眾有更多元、
更便利的繳費方式,並達到簡政便民的政
策目標。
Results of Payment Channel Diversification
The NHIA’s program to diversify payment channels
has proved effective. Based on payments made from January
1, 2007
to December 31, 2012, 41% of the insured have
paid their premiums at banks, 30% have had payments
automatically deducted from their accounts, and 29% have
made payments at convenience stores. Some have also used
ATMs and the Internet. Whatever the option chosen, the
program has achieved the goals of simplifying government
services andmaking life easier for the insured.
