為落實電子化政府,健保署於

月更新網路作業系統,建置多憑證網路承
保作業平台,讓服務更多元化。為提供更
優質作業環境,健保署陸續新增多項功能,
服務民眾。截至
2013
6
月底,使用該系
統的投保單位已有
12.2
萬家,每個月透過
網路申報之異動資料約
120
萬筆,占全部
異動量之
7
成以上。
投保單位或民眾個人,利用網路申報
或查詢異動資料、應繳保費情形等,不但便
利迅速,又節省書面填報及遞送成本,同時
因為使用者必須先經過電子認證確定身分,
更具安全性。
Multifunctional Online Platform for Employers
In January 2006, the NHIA updated its general services
operating system and created a “multiple authentication
Internet platform,” offering diversified online services that
are periodically updated and expanded. As of the end of June
2013,
more than 122,000 insurance registration organizations
had used the system, with an average of 1.2 million changes
in information, or more than 70% of all changes filed, being
reported through the online systemper month.
The platform makes it easy for insurance registration
organizations and individuals to handle a multitude
of functions, including filing or changing information
and checking on the status of their premium payments.
Convenient and fast, the online system saves users the
costs of filling out and sending forms and is very safe
because it requires users to first log in through an electronic
authentication system.
Diversified Premium Payment Channels
In a world driven by convenience, the NHIAwants to make
it as easy as possible for people to pay their premiums
by offering them several payment channels. Premiums
can be paid at the post office, banks, convenience stores
or NHIA branches, through ATMs, via the Internet or by
automatically deducting them from a bank account every
month. With so many options, the insured are sure to find a
convenient payment method and location.
