日臺灣與菲律賓於簽
署「臺菲健康保險合作瞭解備忘錄」，正式
開展本署與菲律賓健保署雙邊合作。未來雙
方將就健保財務、支付制度改革、保險人組
織制度、醫療品質及健保資訊系統等，進行
經驗交流，提升全民健保執行經驗，並促進
臺灣與菲律賓就全民健保研究合作。

年更有四大國際媒體，包括紐約時報、國家
地理頻道、時代雜誌及
CNN
電視台報導臺
灣的全民健康保險制度，全民健保已成為國
家最珍貴的資產。
On November 15, 2012, Taiwan and the Philippines
signed a memorandum of understanding on health insurance
cooperation, formally launching collaboration on health
insurance issues between the NHIA and the Philippine Health
Insurance Corporation. According to the agreement, the two
agencies will exchange their experiences in such areas as
health care financing, payment reforms, insurer organization,
quality of care and information technology implementation;
promote cooperative studies on the two countries’ NHI
systems; and hold meetings designed to improve social health
insurance.
Also in 2012, four major international media
organizations – the NewYork Times, the National Geographic
Channel, Time Magazine and CNN – all reported on Taiwan’s
health insurance system. The NHI system clearly stands out as
a precious national asset.
